Are you insured?
Yes, we have full liability insurance for all of our products.
Do you deliver to parks?
Yes, we deliver to all parks that allow inflatables. Please consult the Parks and Recreation department you are having your event at for more details (To obtain permits, make a reservation, size restrictions and insurance requirements).
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance, but you can place your order any time as long as we still have availability. For Park Orders it is required to reserve at least 1 week before the event date for insurance processing.
Do I need to place a deposit? If so, by when?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery with cash or credit card.
Is it normal to tip the driver?
Yes, tipping is greatly appreciated by our drivers. Generally in the U.S. it is customary to tip 10%-15% for services based on the level of service. Party rentals are considered a service since you technically do not purchase anything nor pay sales tax because of it.
Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
Yes, we handle the delivery, setup and pick up for all inflatables; however, delivery of tables and chairs is only "delivery". Setup of tables, chairs is the responsibility of the renting party. We will drop off all items at the address requested and return to pick up the items. We ask that you prepare the items for pick-up just as they were dropped off; that is to say that tables and chairs should be folded and put away as they were dropped off. We will coordinate with you for the delivery and pickup times so the products are set up before your event starts and picked up after your event finishes.
Is the Blower included?
Yes, a blower is provided for every inflatable.
Does the blower need to stay running the whole time?
Yes, the unit will begin to deflate as soon as the power is turned off.
Is a Generator Included?
No, if you do not have electrical power available at your setup location than you MUST rent a generator.
Are your products clean?
Yes, all of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use. We take hygiene very seriously, that is why we fully inflate every product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned. Our cleaning products are safe and nontoxic.
Are your inflatables safe?

What age groups are the inflatables for?
Inflatables are generally good for all ages. Some inflatables are more suited for smaller kids, some more suited for teens or adults. Please refer to each products page or contact us for more detail.
What happens if a product malfunctions?
It is rare for a product to malfunction, but if it does happen during your event we recommend you give us a call so we can help access the problem. If it is needed, we will send out a driver or someone from our company to fix the problem or bring a replacement product.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments and deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order you will receive a Store credit valid for 1 year from The date of cancellation to use on another rental in the furture.
What if it rains on the day of the event?
If its heavy rain we call you to cancel the order. If it’s just a light drizzled we still deliver unless you don’t want to keep it, you can call and cancel the day of the event by 7:30 am at the latest.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver to cities in Los Angeles and Orange counties. If your event is outside of our delivery area you can still give us a call at 310-809-1972 to see if we will be able to deliver, sometimes, based on the day or how many orders we have going out, we might be able to go out further than usual.
GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE JUMPERS EL MANAS UNIT:
a. Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit at the same time.
b. All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit.
c. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
d. CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF JUMPERS EL MANAS UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
e. Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in JUMPERS EL MANAS unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $50.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.
f. DO NOT MOVE the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit from the place where it was installed. If the JUMPES EL MANAS unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation. CAUTION: Keep the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit away from swimming pools.
Special Instructions: The JUMPERS EL MANAS unit's equipment is reliable. Should the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit begin to deflate:
(1) The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor, and remember to keep only the 100 foot extension cord on the outlet (stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room).
(2) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit for snugness; re-tie if necessary.
(3) If you cannot correct the problem call 310-809-1972.
SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT: LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED ABOUT AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE JUMPERS EL MANAS UNIT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. LESSEE AGREES TO OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. LESSEE ALSO REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THE SAFE RETURN OF THE UNIT AND HEREBY AGREES TO PAY FOUR THOUSAND ($4,000) IF IT IS NOT RETURNED.
MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to keep the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear expected.
ALTERATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS: No alteration in or attachments to the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit will be made without prior written approval of Lessor.
WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. The JUMPERS EL MANAS unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor's obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and of any and all obligations and of all liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages, including, but not limited to, consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit.
TITLE TO JUMPERS EL MANAS: Lessee agrees to keep the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such JUMPERS EL MANAS unit. The JUMPERS EL MANAS unit will remain the property of the Lessor and may be removed by Lessor at any time after the termination of this Rental Agreement.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Lessee shall be in charge of the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit's operation, and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit in good working order. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is / are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other persons using the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit, and the Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from / against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney's fees and related costs involving the use and return of the JUMPERS EL MANAS unit, should legal action become necessary.
RAIN POLICY: DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WINDS, ETC.), WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS. IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING IT OR NOT.IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE UNIT FOR THE TERM OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS OR RAIN CHECKS!
WE ARE DETERMINED TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY. IT IS THE DRIVER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE JUMP IS PROPERLY SPIKED DOWN AND IN REASONABLY CLEAN CONDITION. IF YOU FEEL THAT THE DRIVER HAS NOT DONE A SATISFACTORY JOB IN SETTING UP THE UNIT, PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY.
